Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of Gel-X press-on nails, all sales are final.
Once your order is placed and production begins, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted.
Each set is handcrafted with care and made to order, ensuring you receive a high-quality, freshly created product every time.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at nailedbycesia@gmail.com with:

I’ll review your case and do my best to repair, replace, or offer store credit if appropriate.
🧾 Cancellations
Because each set is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production may already be in progress.
📦 Custom Orders
All custom designs and personalized orders are final sale.
Please double-check your sizes and colors before checkout. If you’re unsure of your sizing, I recommend ordering a Sizing Kit first to guarantee a perfect fit.
