1. How do I know my size?
You can order a Sizing Kit to find your perfect fit, or follow our size chart guide. If you already know your sizes, choose “Custom” and leave your sizes in the notes at checkout.

2. What comes with each set?
Each press-on set includes:

• 10 handmade Aprés Gel-X press-on nails

• Mini nail file

• Cuticle pusher

• Adhesive tabs or nail glue
  (Limit one complimentary prep kit per order)

 

3. How long do they last?
With glue, press-ons can last up to 2 weeks. With adhesive tabs, they typically last 3–7 days, depending on lifestyle and nail prep.

4. Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With gentle removal and proper care, your Gel-X press-ons can be reused multiple times.

 

5. How should I remove my press-ons?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for a few minutes, gently lift the edges, and never force them off.
If glued, soak in acetone until they loosen. Avoid prying that can damage your natural nails.

 

6. How long does it take to make my order?
Each set is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing (custom designs 5–7 days).

 

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, we’re happy to help fix it!

All orders are shipped from the U.S. using USPS with tracking.

 

9. How much is shipping?

• $4.99 Flat Rate (3–5 business days)

• $8.99 Expedited (1–3 business days)

• Free shipping on orders over $60 (US only)

 

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.
